The intensive nature of our service means it may take a little more time than a standard renovation as we strive to deliver the absolute best possible outcome. Other factors include the time required to receive certain fixtures such as custom-made vanity units and shower screens.

If cost is of concern to you, a typical figure for our luxury bathroom renovations is from approximately $30,000 to $60,000. Naturally, each bathroom we create is unique and there may be costs individual to your project. However, we will always be transparent with our quotes and what we quote is what you will pay.

During our bathroom renovation process you can rest assured we will take pains to ensure the remainder of your home will be protected. We take all necessary precautions including laying clean drop sheets over any potentially affected floors and furniture. We also provide a final cleaning service after your luxury bathroom renovation project is complete, leaving your house cleaner than when we started.

Sometimes during our renovation process, we discover damage, rot or structural issues to the property not noticeable prior to starting the project. If this is the case, Balmoral Bathrooms maintains excellent relationships with carpenters and builders who we can call upon to resolve the issues with minimal disruption to your bathroom renovation schedule. This work would naturally incur an extra cost but is, nevertheless, essential to ensure our finished product is of the highest standard and without compromise.

We wish to state, unequivocally, every person who works on one of our luxury bathroom renovations has all necessary licences and trade certificates qualifying them to perform the required work. We also use only the most skilled contractors and our insurance is always up to date.

If desired, we will gladly supply you with a list of our contractors and subcontractors with their respective licence numbers and insurance details.

All our projects come with an industry 6-year warranty as a standard, guaranteeing the quality of our work. Our fixtures and fittings also come with limited manufacturers’ warranties, varying by manufacturer.
